NUE Return & Exchange Policy


At NUE, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item.


To request a return or exchange:

• Send us a Direct Message (DM) on our official Instagram account within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.


What happens next:

• Once your return is approved, the product will be picked up by the courier.

• After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued via InstaPay.

• For exchanges, once we confirm the returned item is eligible, the new item will be shipped.


Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Requests sent after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Exchanges are subject to item availability.


Swimshorts Policy:

At NUE, we take hygiene and customer safety seriously. For this reason, all swimsuit purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unworn.


This policy is in place to ensure that every customer receives their items in brand-new, hygienic condition. We kindly ask that you check our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
